Vital.sandbox provides networking capabilities that allow users to host and operate their own game servers ("User Servers"). ov-studio has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of any User Server.
ov-studio is not liable for any harm, data loss, or damages arising from your interaction with User Servers operated by third parties. You connect to and use third-party servers entirely at your own risk.
Operators of User Servers are solely responsible for ensuring their servers comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service. Any harmful, illegal, or abusive use of the networking features is strictly prohibited.
The Software generates a device identifier at runtime solely for anti-cheat purposes. This identifier is derived from local hardware properties and is not stored or transmitted by ov-studio, nor used for tracking, profiling, or any purpose beyond runtime integrity checks.
User Servers operated by third parties may receive this identifier as part of gameplay. How third-party servers handle this data is outside the control of ov-studio, and you should review the privacy practices of any server you connect to.
ov-studio respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content made available through Vital.sandbox infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to the official Vital.sandbox GitHub repository with sufficient detail to identify the allegedly infringing material.
ov-studio reserves the right to remove or disable access to content that is found to be infringing and to terminate the access of repeat infringers.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any assets, scripts, or content you create, distribute, or host using the Software do not infringe on the copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ov-studio makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data integrity, or the continued availability of any features, APIs, or services provided by or through the Software.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ov-studio, its contributors, maintainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.

ov-studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software, its repositories, and any associated services at any time, without notice, for conduct that ov-studio determines violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or the project.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
